How we have helped before?

The Back-Up Trust is a charity that supports adults, teenagers and children with spinal cord injuries (SCI), providing a range of services that encourage motivation, confidence and ultimately independence following a life changing accident or illness. All services promote integration and understanding enabling children to positively adjust to their injury or condition.
In June 2011 the Foundation awarded a grant of £60,000 over three years to fund the cost of their mentoring, outreach and volunteer support service aimed at children and young people, aged 13 to 17 years of age with spinal cord injuries.
