“As a huge advocate for the SJP Academy Training Programme it is brilliant to see it recognised by such an esteemed award. Thank you to our Academy community, the SJP Partnership and to all the employees who made it happen.” – Sean McKillop, Academy Director.

The Academy programme uses cutting-edge technology blended with ‘real-world’ exposure and application, which draws on expertise and experience from within our internal community of specialists and insight from leaders in other sectors. It is a full-time programme, fully funded by SJP.

Peter Clarke, Head of Learning Innovation, comments: “When we set out on this project, we wanted to challenge the way that learning was thought about and delivered. Innovation and impact were at the heart of our thinking, so to have this recognised and celebrated is incredible.”
