Our application process is designed to help you – and us – make the most informed decision about whether this is the right opportunity for you.

Initial meeting

Initial meeting

Identifying your drivers for success, strengths, weaknesses and transferable skills. Following this meeting you will complete a personality profiler questionnaire.

Development plan review

Development plan review

Review the results of your personality profiler questionnaire with your Partnership Selection Manager.

Business Launch Plan Review

You will discuss your business plan, looking at how you can make this plan work and receive constructive feedback on any areas that can be improved.

Final Assess and Meeting

Final Assess and Meeting

You will be asked to deliver a presentation and to answer some final key questions. Following this, a decision will be made as to whether we offer you a place in the Academy.
