St. James’s Place Financial Adviser Academy today marks its 10-year anniversary with the launch of a new marketing campaign.
Coined ‘10 out of 10’, the campaign aims to raise awareness of financial advice as a career choice, no matter your career background.
The campaign features 10 people, all of which have pivoted their careers towards running their own financial advice business. From the military and professional sport to teaching and financial services, the case studies demonstrate how people from diverse backgrounds are reinventing their careers.

The candidates cite a number of drivers for working in financial advice. While some are seeking greater autonomy in their working lives and more control over their earnings, others talk of increased flexibility, an improved work-life balance, and the satisfaction gained from finding a career with purpose.
