Paul Miller was Founder (and for 20 years CEO) of Digital Workplace Group (DWG), rated by the Financial Times since 2020, as one of the UK's leading management consultancies for digital transformation. He is now Non Executive Chairman of DWG and performs the NED and advisor roles for small and mid cap companies in the digital transformation, Al and professional services sectors.
He coined the term 'digital workplace' and wrote the book 'Digital Workplace: How technology is liberating work' in 2012, which was followed by the industry handbook 'The Digital Renaissance of Work: Delivering digital workplaces fit for the future (coauthored with Elizabeth Marsh), shortlisted for the Management Book of the Year 2016 Award. His most recent book was 'Nature of Work: The New Story of Work for a Living Age' (co-authored with Shimrit Janes).
Paul has given many inspirational talks on the digital future of work, for audiences at Microsoft, IKEA, Google, Accenture, Harvard Business Review, Cisco, European Commission, IMF, Adobe and Oxford University. For five years he hosted the Digital
Workplace Impact podcast (rated by Feedspot as number one in the industry) and hosted pioneering 24-hour global intranet and digital workplaces events online since 2008.
