St. James’s Place Financial Adviser Academy proudly welcomed 175 new graduates into the Partnership during its annual graduation ceremony, held at the iconic Imax Ronson Theatre at the London Science Museum.
The event marked a major milestone for graduates and their families, who gathered to celebrate the successful completion of the Academy programme. An inspiring address from Mark FitzPatrick, Chief Executive Officer of St. James’s Place, followed by certificates presented by Mark Newman, Academy Director.
As part of the celebrations, a panel of graduates, past and present, took to the stage to share their personal stories, practical insights, and words of encouragement for the newest members of the Partnership. We also heard from Alumna, Senior Partner, Karen Beresford, who shared her strategic advice on building a lasting and fulfilling career at St. James’s Place - and even had a few words of reflection from some of the graduates themselves displayed on the big screen!
SJP Academy Director, Mark Newman, said: “We’re thrilled to celebrate our newest group of Academy graduates and the incredible effort they’ve shown in reaching this point.
“Each of our graduates should feel immensely proud of what they’ve achieved and the exciting careers that lie ahead of them.
“On a broader scale, this graduation marks an important moment for the profession as we continue to work towards closing not only the advice gap but also the growing adviser gap.
“By bringing fresh, diverse talent into the profession, we’re not only expanding the pool of expertise but we’re also helping ensure that more people across the UK have access to trusted financial advice.
“I’m excited to see the positive impact these graduates will have in the years ahead.”
The event was a celebration, not only of academic achievement, but of personal growth, family support, and the bright futures that lie ahead.
