St. James’s Place (SJP) today announces the appointment of Claire Blackwell to the newly created position of Chief Client and Reputation Officer, further supporting the business and its Partnership in the delivery of financial advice that gives confidence and control to clients.
With nearly 870,000 client relationships across 2,500 plus Partner businesses, SJP is committed to ensuring its client proposition continues to evolve and remain relevant to and understood by its clients. The creation of the Chief Client and Reputation Officer role recognises the significant responsibility the business has to clients via its Partner businesses. It will serve to drive greater understanding around the holistic value of advice and how lifelong personal relationships guide people to a better financial future.
