We offer an annual discretionary bonus scheme which reflects personal and company performance. Different bonus schemes are in place dependent on role and grade and any amounts payable are non-contractual and non-pensionable.
Employees receive 28 days holiday standard (plus bank holidays) and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
We provide a competitive non-contributory pension arrangement where 10% of the salary is contributed on a monthly basis by the company, increasing to 12.5% after 5 years and 15% after 10 years’ service.
All employees can join the Private Medical Scheme. The scheme provides cover for employees and their families, with previous medical history disregarded.
We offer 26 weeks full pay for maternity, paternity and adoption leave.

Our main aim is to help our clients achieve financial wellbeing in a world worth living in, and we do this by making sure that our investment proposition is equipped with the best investment solutions, technology and people.

We ensure the financial data available to the business is robust, clearly defined and well understood.
