SJP Corporate governance
We are a relationship business where people are our most important asset.
This statement is a core cultural belief and a fundamental element of the success of St. James’s Place. Members of our community tend to share core values that are highly compatible with those that are central to the business and established at the outset — expertise, integrity and discretion.
We treat each other with mutual respect, openness and fairness and are driven by a desire to ‘do the right thing’ by all our stakeholders.
This is our culture – it is central to our success. We are therefore proactive in building and reinforcing it.
Culture is key
Our challenge is to continue to deliver support to our Partners to help them deliver what clients value and in ways that meet or exceed their expectations.
We believe that the right culture is essential to continuing to build a successful and sustainable business. It is a strategic priority for us and we have strong core values in place that reflect what we believe in and how we act.
