Ongoing servicing charge refund submission

The process for determining any refunds due to lack of evidence of historic servicing has now begun. If we have recently written to you about a refund amount, we need some information from you in order to make the payment.  

Please note, this form is only for claims where refunds are to be paid into a UK bank account.  If you do not have a UK bank account and need payment made into an international account, please call the telephone number specified in the letter you received and speak to one of our associates.
